Midlife

Midlife has a way of arriving without a formal announcement. One day you look up and realize the life you’re living doesn’t quite fit the way it used to, and you’re not sure if that means something is wrong or something is finally, quietly, beginning. It’s the season when you stop performing for everyone else and start asking the questions that actually matter: What do I want now? What am I willing to let go of? Who am I becoming? These posts are for the woman who is done shrinking and ready, even nervously, even imperfectly, to find out what blooming looks like on the other side of everything she’s already survived.
